Job Description:
You will play a key role in coordinating sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage inquiries, process orders, and prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate sales records and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Recommend tailored solutions to meet catering needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to oversee event execution, logistics, delivery schedules, and special requirements.
• Monitor event timelines to ensure timely delivery and seamless service.
• Handle schedules and incoming calls for the sales team and prepare monthly sales reports for management.

Requirements:
• Singaporean or PR only.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
• Bilingual in both Mandarin and English to manage Mandarin Speaking clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or customer service (catering/F&B experience is a plus).

Role Overview:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in helping our clients solve complex manufacturing challenges with precision cutting tools. You’ll work directly with customers, using your technical expertise to understand their needs for the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Consult with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend customized cutting tool solutions.

· Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure that customer specifications are met and that

solutions are implemented seamlessly.

· Identify new business opportunities for market development.

· Provide technical support to clients’ post-sale, ensuring effectiveness of our products and services.

Skills & Experience:

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering

· Previous experience in technical sales, especially within the manufacturing, machining, or industrial tools sector,

is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-

technical audiences.

· Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Job Description:

• Responsible for Sales target in target market segment, channels and customer

development over time

• Provide sales forecast in timely manner and also ensure accurate and timely

response to customers at all time

• Manage, develop, and build relationships with system integrators, consultants, and

end users in targeted market segment

• Sales for complete spectrum of automation products.

• To maintain excellent account management skills with regular visit and calls and

build strong rapport and relationships with internal team and external customers

• To analyze customer’s requirement and develop winning strategies for new prospect

customers

• Conduct sales presentations and product/solution demos

• Prepare and present solution proposals and quotations according to customer

requirements

• Assist and organize marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, and trainings

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Engineering/ Industrial/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical
• 1-2 Years working experiences preferred
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Familiar / Experience with Industrial/ Factory Automation will have added advantage
• Training on products will be provided

Duties

· Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences

· Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how specific products and services can meet these needs

· Help customers select products to meet customers’ needs, product specifications, and regulations

· Emphasize product features that will meet customers’ needs, and exhibit the capabilities and limitations of their products

· Answer customers’ questions about the prices, availability, and uses of the products they are selling

· Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements

· Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing

· Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as information on selling strategies and marketing information

· Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have
