You will use your love of all things beauty and skincare to provide advice and guidance to your customer while driving sales growth and brand awareness, working towards meeting our sales budgets as well creating lasting relationships with our customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will develop a solid understanding of our products and their uses and applications, to create memorable shopping experiences and deliver the highest quality of service
• Familiarize with the various Japanese Skin care products and their uses
• Able to draw and prepare cute "Japanese Style" introductions to the brand and products
• Provide expert advice to customers on the right products to suit their needs and skin types
• Developing strong connections with your customers to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions
• General store operations – including visual merchandising and managing inventory, stocktake and general housekeeping

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills are a must – along with a passion for customer service and the ability to build relationships with others at different levels
• Previous experience in beauty skincare / retail is a bonus but not mandatory – we’re looking for positive energy, a can-do attitude and someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work proactively
• You must be able to work retail hours – this includes morning, afternoon and weekend shifts on a weekly basis
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
