Job Description:

• Work on sell-side and capital raising deals in all stages of execution (Deal ranging from SGD 1 million to 30 million)
• Deal origination with a focus on Singapore, follow by SEA market.
• Produce and analyse financial models, valuation assessments, financial due diligence reports and transaction documents such as information memoranda and board papers
• Support business development initiatives, including the preparation of proposals, market research, client workshops, industry & company profiles
• Effectively project manage the entire transaction cycle covering data and client preparation, due diligence, transaction support and to facilitate any tasks as necessary to progress the transaction

Requirements:

• Possess more than 5 years of relevant experience in M&A, capital raising, transaction services, valuation or other advisory services.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
• Proven quantitative skills with the ability to analyze financial statements and build financial models in Excel
