Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow the firm’s revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Lead the promotion of key services, including dispute resolution, legal audits, and corporate legal services.
• Train and mentor staff on client communication and sales techniques, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and generate quality leads.
• Represent Regal Law LLC at networking events and client meetings to strengthen the firm’s brand.

Job Requirements

• Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer

• Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads

• Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc

• Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries

• Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements

• Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities

• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls

Requirements :

• Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage

• Must be driven, resourceful and collaborative

• Min Diploma holders. Degree in electrical or electronics will be an added advantage

• Possess right attitude to learn and support

• No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Attend to sales leads and enquiries
• Increase sales to current and prospective clients.
• Prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new & existing accounts.
• Monitor and evaluate sales efficiency, strategies and productivity against inventory position and customers’ plan.
• Optimize and maintain sales target tin working closely with different internal departments -Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics.
• Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within an account.
• Prepares standard quotations and proposals.
• Maintaining the credibility of the customers’ payment terms via prompt collections, close monitoring of accounts and having external information, insights and business intelligence, on credit issues of your customers.
• Update sales data in Navision system.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree / Professional Qualifications
• Working experience in B2B sales / business development
• Sales & product training provided.
• Maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with meeting new people on a daily basis.
• Basic skills in MS Office (Words, Excel)
• Good communication
• Knowledge on Navision system would be an advantage

Additional Information:

• Work hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm

• 5 day work week

• Salary range between $2,500-$3800 + commission
