Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their Business Development team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

Responsibility

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to create unique offerings that attract and retain customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels to foster trust and loyalty.
• Develop strategies to create value-added partnerships with customers for long-term success.

The Role:

• Managing current business relationships while also seeking to expand opportunities with existing clients. Additionally, pursuing new business prospects beyond the current customer base.
• Identifying customer needs and offering alternative product solutions for both existing and potential clients. Preparing and assessing quotations, following up on payment concerns or customer feedback, and overseeing inventory management.

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrates a strong motivation and proactive attitude towards engaging potential customers and suppliers to build solid relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
