Qualifications and Requirements:

• Perform month-end accrual activities.
• Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system using double entry accounting.
• Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
• Monitor GRIR and timely payment processing.
• Ensure billing completeness.
• Monitor collection of debts.
• Communicate with internal stakeholder on collection / payment queries.
• Use relevant Infocomm technology systems and tools effectively for data analysis.
• Enter accurate data into the accounting system.
• Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Prior experience as Finance/Accounts Assistant
• SAP is a plus

Brief description of the Restauran

Ikkagoyo is a new opening Japanese traditional style of fine-dining.

The restaurant will officially open around Feb-March 2023.

The concept of this restaurant is to deliver ""KANDO (impression)"" to everyone with ingredients delivered from carefully selected producers all over Japan, Japanese traditional cooking techniques, and the spirit of OMOTENASHI (hospitality).

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for implementing and administering all aspects of compliance program
• Handles all administrative matters there to, under the supervision of a Senior Compliance Officer
• Ensuring the company complies with local and all internal policies and controls are adequate and adhere to the requirements set by local related regulatory.
• Coordinating staff training and competence to ensure obligations are met including drafting and issuing supplementary training materials.
• Implementing necessary administrative measures to all the compliance and back office procedures involved in new client onboarding, account opening, fund deposit and withdraw.
• Investigating client disputes and handling clients' complaints or inquires through phone call, email and live chat.
• Conducting internal audits and checking internet system logs. Reviewing marketing and promotional materials.
• Preparing various compliance reports including compliance meeting minutes, breach report, incident report and maintaining compliance registers.
• Constantly reviewing of company's compliance programs and developing ongoing awareness on new regulatory obligations
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director of AETOS Capital Group

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualification required, preferably in Finance or Law
• Capability of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Experience within an OTC derivatives issuer environment an advantage
• Minimal experience is acceptable

Note:

• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
• All nationality and fresh graduate are welcome
