• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Timing: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm), Sat (8.30am to 1.00pm)
• Working Location: Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre (Orchard)
• Salary: $1800 to $2400 (depending on experiences)

Responsibilities & Duties

We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our team to help create a positive experience for our patients whenever they visit our facility.

• Welcoming patients as they enter our facility, obtaining patient information before their appointment and sterilizing equipment throughout the facility.
• Work directly with patients to process information before appointments and
• Assist our Physicians during procedures as needed.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop winning strategy by prospecting specific industries with high spending potential
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline as well as accurate projection of sales performance through Salesforce.com
• Build and leverage relationships with clients and key business partners to generate leads and client referrals
• Manage the end-to-end sales process including financial and risk assessment, compliance and legal related issues, and agreement execution to ensure the potential charge volume of an account is optimized.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders such as Risk, Pricing and Product to remove barriers while also ensuring best-in-class customer experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of commercial selling experience
• Strong communication, negotiating, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated experience in success prospecting and cold calling commercial prospects with consultative and solution-driven skills
• Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter who thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge
• Ability to build relationships with client decision makers and key internal stakeholders
• Experienced in developing and executing a sales strategy in line with business objectives to meet or exceed sales & charge volume growth targets
• Fluent spoken and written English

Job Description:

• Provide support to Marketing Department and ensure that delegated marketing administrative tasks and activities are completed in a timely manner as directed.
• Handle all incoming phone calls and enquiries from email and social media.
• Oversee day to day marketing administration matters, including complaint case.
• Responsible for sales leads, including but not limited to contacting potential customers, arrange appointment with customers, inform sales on confirmed appointment, and update appointment system.
• Co-ordinate in the in-house event.
• Prepare attendance, performance, and leads reports.
• Responsible for marketing collateral inventory.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum O level and above
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
