Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Principal Manager, Adoption and Acceleration, this position works with the various Programme Managers (PMs) in meeting the centre’s objectives to advance the development, proliferation, and adoption of proven innovative learning solutions. Requirements

• A master's or bachelor’s degree, preferably in the Social Sciences, innovation and/or business management, education technology, or learning sciences.
• Minimally 5-8 years of working experience, preferably in operationalising incubation or acceleration programmes, adult learning and training sectors, or a related role in business-related and market research, project and contract management. Any combination of these areas is a strong plus.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, possessing strong communication skills (written and verbal) to engage and influence stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
• Possess prior experience in at least one of the areas of responsibilities listed above.
• Enjoy experimenting with ideas while managing risks and managing their potential impact on programmes, systems and processes
