Description of Division

You will be part of the Regional Team under Service Management Division of KidSTART Singapore Limited (KSL) to oversee the effective implementation of KidSTART programmes in each regional cluster or across the various regional cluster(s), oversee service management and audits of KidSTART Agencies (KSAs), funded healthcare partners and manage relationships of cross-regional partners/stakeholders such as MSF Social Service Offices, Family Service Centres, Preschool Operators, Polyclinics, Hospitals, who are part of the KidSTART eco-system of delivery and ensure alignment with KidSTART Service Model and overall KSL strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Development

a. Assist and support the Regional Head in the design, planning and delivery of service development initiatives (such as annual workplans and budgets, Service Standards Requirements, operational dashboard & data analysis).

b. Support the development of engagement strategies with preschool chains and centres, including the development of collaboration protocols and attendance tracking system.

c. Review and enhance the collaboration framework between KSL and KSAs as the main KSA liaison officer.

2. Service Management (KSL and Funded Partners)

ASSISTANT PROGRAMMES MANAGER

Unlocking ADHD has become Singapore’s most comprehensive resource for ADHD information, providing online peer support communities, foundational workshops for parents, and plans to implement services such as peer support circles, workshops, and coaching.

UA is seeking an Assistant Programmes Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing UA’s programmes to empower ADHDers and their families to live life to the fullest.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent project management skills with attention to detail, has programmes/event management experience and is skilled in group dynamics/facilitation. Familiarity with ADHD from a professional or lived experience perspective would be a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Programmes Manager, who will be responsible for:

• Managing and implementing the organization's programs and initiatives, with focus on core programmes such as ADHD awareness events such as webinars/seminars, school/corporate talks, monthly community hangouts and special events.
• Supporting ADHD peer support groups as a facilitator/co-facilitator
• Ensuring project completion within designated timelines.
• Budgeting and forecasting,
• Continuously identify areas of potential growth and partnership opportunities,
• Building relationships with stakeholders,
• Developing and overseeing partnership initiatives.
• Managing interns, volunteers, and junior programmes team

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the charity sector (IPC preferred)
• Project management, planning, and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with attention to detail
• An understanding of the challenges facing people with ADHD and their families
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams.
• Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field
• Ability and confidence to give presentations and conduct training
• ACLP certification would be an advantage
• Willingness to work on certain evenings a month to run the core programmes or support other programmes

• It is a hunting sales roles. The candidate needs to acquire new customers and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives
• Bringing in new potential customers
• To maintain and develop relationships with existing clientele.
• Work closely with interior designers & home owners
• Responsible for coordination and supervision of project schedule
• Make appointments and visit potential customers for new business opportunities
• Ensure timely collection of payment after sales rendered.

Requirement

• Possess own vehicle (advantage)
• Comfortable with outdoor hunting
• Must be outspoken & comfortable doing cold calls
• Willingness to travel within Singapore
• Good PR & communication skills
• Self-motivated, confident & results driven
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Outdoor and Direct Sales or equivalent.
• Able to converse in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
• · Must be able to work night shift and split shift
• · Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Summary

Supports the Hotel Sales team in the coordination and back-end administration of sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in secretarial and administrative support.
• Act as a contact person between the client and the hotel in the absence of Director of Sales & Marketing, Asst Director of Sales, Sales Team.
• Ensure all correspondences are effectively copied to all relevant departments and regional offices and traces dates effectively followed up.
• Handle telephone calls to take messages, new enquiries, check room availability.
• Ensure all leads are answered to and proposals are followed up with 8 hours.
• Be accountable for all targets and goals set for area of responsibility.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & Powerpoint.
• Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
• A team player & builder.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
