Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Clinic Assistant located in Parkway East Hospital. Our client provided health and wellness service.You are responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. This includes managing appointment bookings and efficiently registering both new and returning patients. What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Finance/ Business or related studies
• 15 years of similar work experience, preferably in healthcare and at least 8 years in a supervisory or management role will be advantageous
• Knowledge in health finance and economics is preferred, and experience in digital transformation or digital application in business finance is an advantage
• Proficiency in SAP (FI-CO, MM) or S4/HANA, MS Office applications and data visualisation tools
• Proven ability to manage teams through change, with strong business partnering skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders
• Agile mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity, coupled with strong financial modelling, and in-depth knowledge across financial accounting, planning, analytics, and enterprise risk management
