Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to multiple business units on client acquisition.
• Assisting customers with the onboarding application process, promptly addressing their enquiries, managing and incorporating their feedback, and maintaining a professional and organised environment for both walk-in and appointment-based customers.
• Ensure timely submission of credit proposals and manage the credit process and turnaround time.
• Ensure application submission is in compliance with company internal policy and objectives.
• Support the team with day to day operations for enquiry, application and repayment matters.
• Liaise actively with other roles including marketing, sales and business development.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service and administrative support.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience in customer-facing environments and a customer-first mindset are highly valued.
• Well-organized, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
• Strong ethics, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented attitude are a must.

Working Hours:

• 2 rotating shifts: 10 am - 7.30 pm and 10.45 am - 8.15 pm
• 5-day workweek: Monday to Saturday, Sunday off + one additional off-day during the week

Education

• Must have a diploma and above in food and beverage management
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English is a must

Experience

• Previous Supervisory experience in F&B/hospitality industry
• Must have at least 3 year relevant working experience

Skill & Attributes Requirements

• Attended SFA's basic food hygiene course
• Good knowledge of wines
• Ability to communicate and develop and effective working relationship with fellow employees and supervisors

Task & Responsibilities

• Full comprehension of Da Paolo Food & Beverage Menu
• Tasks responsibility with the Restaurant / General Manager for meeting budget goals;
• Task responsibility with the Restaurant / General Manager for ensuring that quality standards for food and beverage production and service to guests are constantly maintained
• To protect and positively promote the culture of Da Paolo Group through a world class standard of service
• To demonstrate the Da Paolo's ideal by ensuring the restaurant set up, running and closedown consistently meets our world class standards. Responsible for the daily outlet opening and closing

Key Responsibilities:

Wine Service: Assist with wine service during meal periods, including presenting, opening, and decanting wine at the table. Ensure wines are served at the correct temperature and in the appropriate glassware.

Wine Pairing: Work with the Head Sommelier and service team to recommend wine pairings for guests based on their preferences and menu selections.

Inventory Management: Assist with tracking wine inventory, including restocking wine supplies, ensuring proper storage conditions, and conducting regular stock checks.

Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to provide recommendations and share your passion for wine, ensuring they feel informed and satisfied with their choices.

Qualifications:

Education: Certification from a recognized wine program (WSET Level 1 or 2, Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory, etc.) is preferred, but not required.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in wine service, ideally within a fine-dining restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of wine regions, varieties, and winemaking processes. A passion for expanding wine knowledge is essential.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate both guests and colleagues.
