• Participate in all company-participated trade shows and seminars in Singapore and abroad.

5. Training and Support:

• Educate customers on equipment features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of products.
• Assist management with any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as and where required.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering preferred or related technical field, Minimum Diploma in related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the equipment sales and service industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of vacuum pump technology or other technical equipment. Proficiency in technical sales and solution design.

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join an E-Commerce team at Japanese trading company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and on-time order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work orders are picked and packed accurately based on specifications.
