Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with regulations.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly and accurately.
• Basic data entry.
• Handle scanning & bookkeeping.
• Any other ad-hoc matters assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Or at least 2 years relevant experience if without Diploma/Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and must have used accounting software
• Meticulous, performance-oriented, and self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, meticulous & committed to deadlines.
• Team player and ability to work independently.
• Welcome to the candidate with no experience.

Working Location: Raffles Place.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9AM - 6PM

(Japanese Fair- Food) x 5 staffs needed

27 Dec 2024 - 27 Jan 2025 (Able to work on retail/event hours during this period)

Pay includes an hourly rate of $12 per hour *Lunch hour Paid*
