Job Description:
•Assist in data entry, tickets issuing, invoice processing, transport scheduling and CODO tracking.
•Reconcile transaction report to ensure accuracy.
•Cross departments collaboration to compile and organize financial data.
•Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
•Assist in preparing reports and correspondence as needed.
•Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
•Assist in Office Event, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and manage calendars for team members as needed.

Requirement:
Minimum ITE/Diploma certification with 1 year of experience in basic bookkeeping.

· Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Plan for FA and production parts.

· Responsible for maintaining company measuring instruments.

· Interpret and analyse customer specifications with great details

· Identify, document, and report defects or anomalies, working closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly.

· Facilitate meetings for production and quality personnels

· Support in internal and external audits.

· Maintaining Company’s Quality Management System (QMS)

· Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

· Technical certificates in any Engineering field

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with customers and suppliers

· Ability to work with production and office staffs

· Ability to write root cause analysis

· Flexibility and adaptability to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

· Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order.

Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods.

Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery.

Compliance to standard operating procedures during delivery.

Reporting to immediate superior when encountering problems in day-to-day operations.

Able to read english and tamil invoices.

Candidate should be Physically Fit.

Posses the Class 3 License (Minimum 2 years) in Singapore would be an advantage.

Atleast 1 year of relevant delivery experience.

Familiar with Singapore Islandwide roads.

Perform delivering goods to clients.

Follow delivery routes/ schedules as assigned.

Ensure products are in good conditions when deliver to the customers.

Assist in ad-hoc duties when necessary.

Able to do NIGHT or DAY shift.
