Job Description
· Providing secretarial and admin support to Finance team and senior executives
· Managing calendar, schedules and provide admin support to the team (make appointments, schedule meetings, travel/hotel/visa arrangements)
· Provide support to visitors for visa applications, flight reservations and hotel bookings
· Assisting in general administrative duties and work of other teams to ensure smooth operation
· Process the expense reimbursement, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests and claims
· Assist in-coordinating meetings and booking of meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities, and organize catering as required
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- About 8-10 years of professional secretarial experience
- Team support experience
- High initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
