• Taking charge on M&E QS related matters and responsible from tender to pre-contract, as well as post contract administration duties
• Evaluate and review of tender drawings for discrepancies, quantity take-offers, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors
• Liaise with consultant regarding tender scope of works
• Compiling and evaluating quotations from sub-con / suppliers according to tender requirements
• Prepare tender submission, cost reports, cost plans and evaluate tenders and submit recommendation report
• Drafting and preparing letter of award and contract documents
• Prepare project budget
• Managing and tracking variation orders
• Review and evaluate variation request order, assess the associated variation costs
• Review monthly sub con payment claims, assess with site and prepare payment response
• Establish relationships with consultants, quantity surveyors, architect, developers, subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
• Knowledgeable in different type of Contracts (PSSOC, SIA, REDAS)
• Min 8 years of M&E experience and familiar with tender process
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
