Global Sales Process

• Develop an intimate understanding of the business processes and deliverables of the various Sales Segments, so as to provide relevant coaching advice to Sales Reps & Managers.
• Participate proactively to improve adoption of Sales Process.

Training Systems Management

• Develop a consistent approach to sales learning that is effective and ‘accelerated learning’ based, through the adoption of learning technologies and synergy with local and Global Sales Process
• Ensure that:training schedules are observed
  - training logs are maintained
  - training logs are forwarded to HR
  - training utilization and summary are forwarded to HR
  
• This role has no direct report and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of sales experience in a logistics industry, with at least 2 years of coaching/ mentoring/ training capacity
• Experience in leading the development and delivery of learning solutions in a service or sales environment is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in delivery to all levels of stakeholders.
• Experience with sales processes and systems will be preferred.
• Excellent Presentation, Facilitation and Training skills.
