· Process Customers’ Purchase Orders by raising Customer Order Processing (COP) forms and performing stock reservations.

· To raise and issue purchase requisition of equipment, spare parts, and accessories required for projects and ad-hoc orders and submit for approval.

· Correspond with customers, manufacturers, vendors and suppliers via email/phone for shipment status.

· Responsible for expediting the receivables and deliverables of ordered goods and identifying ordered equipment to prepare material take-off schedule for orders.

· Coordinate, liaise, and work with the Warehouse and Logistics Department to ensure that goods are packed and delivered on time to customers.

· Attend to customer inquiries (via phone/email) for prices and stock positions or customer complaints (e.g., invoice disputes) and ensure necessary actions are taken and followed through.

· Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in drafting proposals and quotations to customers.

· Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) collating multiple variations for projects for price negotiation with customer(s).

· Ensure that all filings are in order.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Sales / Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s).

Marketing Communication

· Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in organising and/or coordinating events e.g. Trade exhibitions, road shows, new product seminars, etc

· Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in organising and/or coordinating internal events, eg. Dealer meetings.

· Prepare and organise marketing collaterals.

· In charge of maintaining and ensuring the Company’s website content is current and up to date.

Banking Department is keen to recruit a Financial Risk Specialist to support the supervision of financial institutions’ trading activities and management of the attendant risks.

As a Financial Risk Specialist, you will be part of a team in charge of:

• Evaluating banks’ front office controls, risk management and valuation processes and methodologies, as well as their valuation, market and counterparty risk models. Crafting supervisory guidance, as needed, to raise the quality of market risk management will also be part of this responsibility.
• Identifying system-wide risks in the banking sector by analysing regulatory risk returns and developing risk indicators using supervisory and publicly available data.
• Researching into new risk management techniques/framework in response to market developments; and
• Providing consultation in the areas of risk analytics, risk modelling and valuation practices to other departments within MAS.

Requirements :

• Front office or market risk management experience with a financial institution preferred.
• Strong interest in developments in the financial markets.
• Good knowledge of financial products and their related financial risks.
• Proficient in use of analytical tools/software.
• Inquisitive, analytical, quantitative, and has an eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge well, both spoken and in writing.

5. Occasionally join sales staff for meeting with prospective customers.

6. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, customizing sales presentations and proposals, and maintaining sales collateral. Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting.

7. Organize timely follow up with customers on previously quoted projects and their status and report back to sales staff and/ or management.

8. Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and provide on-site support when necessary.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
