As a Data Center Segment expert, the Sales Engineer is responsible for leading, developing sales strategies and plans as well as generate new business opportunities to the company.

The position does this by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with potential and existing key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with clinical departments to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes

• Compile and analyse departmental financial reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission
• Assist in the hospital’s annual budget planning by projecting patient revenue and subvention income
• Perform net present value (NPV) assessments for new investment proposals related to replacement or expansion projects
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and clarifications from NUHS and MOH, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or related studies
• 2 - 3 years of working experience in finance or accounting field, preferably in the business partnering setting
• Proficient in MS Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to apply business logic to financial plans and articulate insights clearly

• Provide comprehensive logistical support during the conduct of school camps at the Outdoor Adventure Learning Centre (OALC), including but not limited to:
• Assisting in the setup and arrangement of camp facilities, ensuring they are conducive for the camp activities.
• Coordinating with camp facilitators and staff to facilitate smooth operations and address any logistical needs that may arise during the camp.
• Overseeing the distribution and collection of camp equipment and supplies, ensuring their proper usage and storage.

• Provide support in restoring OALC facilities back to their original state in readiness for the upcoming camp, including but not limited to:

• Support camp operations, including but not limited to:

Qualification:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience preferably in a school or camp environment, demonstrating familiarity
• Personnel with school operations, camp logistics, and the unique needs of young camp participants. This may include experience in roles such as camp counselor, school support staff, or similar positions involving direct interaction with students and logistical responsibilities.
• Proficient in organizing items for housekeeping matters, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of camp facilities, including:
• Managing the distribution and collection of bedding, towels, and personal items for camp participants.
• Coordinating the disposal of waste and maintaining cleanliness in common areas and facilities.
• Assisting in the setup and arrangement of equipment for camp activities, ensuring they are accessible and in good condition.
• Strong ability to collaborate with others and communicate clearly, including:

Job Responsibilities

AP

• Verify, process, and book invoices with appropriate documentation via the AP Automation system / SAP.
• Prepare payments to vendors via SAP payment proposal and other banking portals.
• Record all outgoing payments in SAP.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of AP aging reports with vendors and distributors.
• Maintain and set up vendor master data in SAP.
• Generate monthly AP aging reports.
• Verify and record staff claims.
• Conduct monthly AP intercompany confirmations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the monthly reconciliation and settlement of intercompany transactions.
• Assist users with Coupa/Concur inquiries.

AR

• Preparation and sending of invoices & statement of account to customers.
• Recording and reconciling payments from customers for various source of revenue.
• Maintain and set up customer master data in SAP.
• Producing AR aging report in monthly basis.
