Endocrinology Clinic

Working hours:
M-F: 8.30 – 5.30pm
S: 8.30-1pm

Job scope:
- Front desk duties including registration, ushering patients, payment processing, coordination of appointments for patients , scanning of documents, basic dispensing of medications, etc…
- Administrative duties such as - handling of basic bills such as checking of hospital bills, bills to the clinic or credit card bills; filling and scanning of patient’s information and results
- Basic stock taking of drugs in the clinic
- Assisting the doctor with procedures

Requirements for the job:

- O levels and above or Nitec Nursing

- Knowledge of Mandarin and English compulsory, if possible can converse in Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia

- Experience not required but must be:

o Willing to learn

o Capable of handling computers eg emails, Microsoft word

o Capable of using smart phones eg sending text messages, whatspp

o Experience with clinic assist software is preferable, if not, ability and willingness to be able to learn how to use it. Hence has to be comfortable with computers and IT

- Able to multitask and prioritise work

- Good organisational skills

- Team player

- Good social skills as dealing with patients

- Able to work independently

Salary:

- Commensurate with skills – from $1800 onwards

• To ensure the outpatient department is kept clean and tidy.
• Handle front desk related matters such as: register new cases, assist in the filing of a patien's file and laboratory results, etc.
• To deal with clients in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of Engineering / Logistics sales experience
• Experience in business development
• Added advantage for candidate with own vehicle (not a mandatory requirement)

Job Scope:

Purchasing Assistant (East, Basic up to $2500)

• Source for relevant's supplier based on purchased order as raised by staff
• Compare product pricing, quality and factor in the quotation's term of vendors prior to make decision of product buying among the vendors.
• Track on product delivery status and quality of the products upon received.
• Manage vendors in regards to pricing, punctuality of shipment's delivery and quality whenever needed
• Answer call, read & reply email
• Maintain proper documentation of filing record, eg. invoice, PO & DO.

Admin Executive, Operations (West, Basic up to $3k)

• Liaise with customers directly thru email & phone call in regards of job orders
• Liaise with staff to coordinate on the daily work operation based on job orders as received
• Update job status into company's portal for management review
• Maintain proper filing record as needed

Job Requirement:

• Ability to communicate effectively thru phone call & email
• Literate in Computer Skills such as Microsoft Excel & Words
