Salary package: $2,200 - $3,500 (including commision)

Job Description:

• Deliver sales quota set by the management.
• Understand customer needs and coordinate efforts to provide excellent service to the customers, as well as maintain a good relationship with them.
• Attend to customers’ queries and complaints, and provide the best solutions to help them solve the problems.
• Design and arrange the retail outlet layout and product management.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of in-house roadshows/promotional activities for the Company’s products.

Job Requirement:

• Has a keen interest in sales.
• Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Have basic computer literacy skills.
• Required skill(s): Selling, Customer Service, Stock Management

Responsibilities:

• Generate purchase and delivery orders and invoices
• Check all payment invoices for accuracy and prepare payments to suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers to place order
• Liaise with customers and installation team and manage installation schedule and routes
• Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
