In this role, you will drive sales across all MIJ brands, including student enrollment for MIJ

customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure a

seamless experience between our e-commerce platforms and sales efforts. You’ll also be

responsible for utilizing HubSpot to manage customer data, track sales activities, and

maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

● Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications,

● Experience: Minimum of 8 years in retail sales or a customer-facing sales role, with

a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

● Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals, upsell, and

meet targets.

● Customer Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building

rapport and fostering long-term customer relationships.

The Sales & Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting both the sales and marketing functions.
