You could be a Potential:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Branch Manager
• To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
• To assist the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg: staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc.
• To assist the Branch Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively
• To provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• To discuss and plan for therapists on the recommended treatments for customers
• To motivate staff in building teamwork and create a good working environment
• To create teamwork among colleagues & good communication
• To ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good and conductive condition
• To assist in making cold-calls to customer
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record
• Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
• Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
• Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
• Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
• Passionate about the beauty and service industry

Duties :

1. Prepare and give pre-sales technical assistance and after sales support to customers

2. Communicate with the team to understand customer demands and offer sales support where necessary

3. Secure orders, ensure product standards and timely fulfilment of orders

4. Establish customer rapport and acceptance

5. Help customer to solve problems with product usage

6. Recommend new and improved products to customers and explain how product will be more cost effective

7. generate Sales leads, cold call, follow up with customer enquiries

8. Diploma/ITE in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)

9. 1-2 years experience through fresh graduate are welcome
