Main Responsibilities:

• Managing new and existing client accounts.
• Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
• Sales Target Achievement
• Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
• Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
• Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
• Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
• Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
• Monitor and report on sales performance.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any related field
• At least 2 years of experience holding a leadership role in Sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to understand client's business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Job Description:

• Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Sales: Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best meet those needs. Assist customers to choose frames and answer inquires patiently.
• Product Knowledge: Training will be given on product knowledge.
