Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategies to improve sales and meet sales quotas.
2. Customer Service: Handling customer complaints effectively and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
3. Team Supervision: Supervising and guiding the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
4. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of the sales team and ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Store Maintenance: Ensuring the store is clean, well-maintained, and adequately stocked with products.
6. Recruitment Assistance: Assisting with the recruitment and training of sales staff.
7. Sales Meetings: Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
8. Point-of-Sale Management: Managing point-of-sale processes and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of product features and promotions.
9. Expense Tracking: Tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing sales expenses.
10. Customer Records: Updating customer records in the company database.
11. Emergency Duties: Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency

Our Sales department is in search of an Assistant Sales Manager to join us on an intermediate basis. You will be responsible for handling the daily activities of the store. You will also be responsible for resolving customers' complaints and issues in a professional manner.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you should be working in coordination with the sales team and the Sales Manager. You should have excellent experience in sales and customer service industry. In addition to this, you should be good at maintaining the stock levels at the store.

You should possess good decision-making skills and the ability to communicate efficiently. You should also have good organizational and sales skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Candidates with a High school diploma will also be preferred.
• Working experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Assistant, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to provide amazing customer service to the clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies.
