Comissions reccur every month as your customers come every week, thus allowing you to build a strong base that can grow so your income goes up over time.
Low Basic + Very High Comms (50% profit share)
No ceiling on how much you can earn.
We have had strong performers who went from earning $500 per month to $10,000 per month (and it recurs monthly) by the end of the year.
There is a probation period of 3 months where you are expected to hit the sales target within 3 months or you will be terminated.
Rest assure that it is a very reasonable and achievable target.
For the probation period: You are expected to report 9am - 6pm, and focus on generating 10 leads every day, and close sales every week.
Your probation period ends once you achieve the sales target. Afterwhich, you are responsible for how much you want to earn through your own hard work.
