Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to showroom walk-in customers, web, Facebook and telephone enquiries.
• Be service oriented and well-versed in sales processes, and able to assist customers from walk-in till handing over of motorcycles.
• Generate sales from new and existing dealer accounts.
• Tracking and reporting on dealer visits and forecast on a daily basis.
• Reporting on dealer promotions, prices and competitor prices.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in others or equivalent.

Clinic Assistant

• Administering patient consent before commencing research procedures.
• Scheduling appointments for health screenings and managing follow-up reports.
• Coordinating and accompanying patients for lab tests if necessary.
• Delivering high-quality service and care to all patients.
• Performing various health examination procedures, such as Anthropometric measurements, Blood Pressure measurement, Retinal Imaging, ECG, Visual Acuity Test, Spirometry, and Hand grip measurement.
• Conducting face-to-face surveys with research participants.
• Ensuring quality control of screening data/results and preparing reports for mailing to participants.
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of proper documentation.
• Fulfilling any other administrative and data collection duties as required by study protocols.
• Answering phone calls and providing appropriate responses.
• Patient registration and maintaining accurate records.
• Sending appointment reminders to patients.
• Preparation of case notes.
• Searching for new vendors and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Contacting doctor listings as necessary.
• Addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
• Processing medication orders.
• Recording monthly clinic expenses and managing consumable invoices.
• Assisting in maintaining the company website and updating content regularly.
• Managing social media accounts and engaging with the online community.
• Creating marketing materials for clinic promotions and events.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
