Job Responsibilities:

• To check customer’s PO and process all in-coming orders from all customers accurately and efficiently in timely manner
• To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by email and telephone to all parties concerned
• Attention to detail is essential at all times to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction
• To design special switch drawing, engraving, special mounting unit, etc. as according to customer requirement
• To update customer orders/enquiries in the central database this to ensure an efficient tracking system is in place
• To coordinate with our counterpart on special switch diagrams/order numbers/ bill of material of the products and update the information in the central database in timely manner
• To coordinate and monitor closely with factory on urgent deliveries request by customer and need to follow up closely
• Filling of orders/drawing and other documents in timely manner
• To assist outdoor Sales engineers when need arise
• To liaise with Workshop/Store department on customer orders when necessary
• To liaise with Account department on the payment status when necessary
• Continuous communication with the sales team for any feedback from customer
• To contribute ideas on how to improve our processes in timely manner
• To answer incoming calls and engage with customer and transfer the call to other department
• To be an excellent team player and help each other to complete daily work
• To assist in designing/preparing marketing materials when need arise

Requirements:

• Must be computer literate
• Able to read, write and converse in English.
• Good communication & inter-personal skills
• Experience in customer services an advantage
• Time management is important - must be able to deal with a number of things at one time and constantly re-evaluate priorities.
• Possess Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic preferred is an added advantage

Responsibility;

• Strong competence in bringing in new business develop action plans.
• Manage pricing, deal pricing, and other sales proposal activities and provide support to support the marketing department.
• Create, Update, and Manage Catering E-commerce platform.
• Handle inquiries, quotations & other related documentation.
• Collaborate with the product team to identify customer requirements.
• Working closely with the production team to improve products & services to the needs of customers
• Support and Handle catering setup and operation with the team.
• Handle current sales accounts.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
• Currently handling Corporate / B2C accounts would be a plus.
