Responsibilities:

• Supporting Sales team to manage sales orders, coordination and marketing activities.
• Maintain customers contact database and manage existing customers and distribution partners.
• Assist Sales in quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposal from customers.
• Work closely with Sales to make sure every order is completely in line with quotation and company order policy before entering into SAP system.
• Coordinate with internal factories (Germany) and external suppliers to improve on-time delivery performance.

• Consistently provide feedback to the team in the organization regarding competition, product and/or market needs
• Generate down payment invoice and follow up down payment from customer
• Finish all daily/weekly/monthly reports timely and accurately.
• Generate and submit sales forecast to GM
• Regular backlog review and overdue backlog clean up to reduce past due ratio.

Requirement:

• Min. 3 years experiences in sales and admin
• Good communication skill - written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. Ability to handle Chinese, Malay and/or other Asia language will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office basic applications, including Word, Excel, Power-point.

SCOPE

The Sales Coordinator is in charge of the office organisation. Assists in all administrative matters related to the Sales & Marketing department.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES
