As the Services Sales Manager, you will spearhead sales initiatives across the SMT region, encompassing countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand. Your primary responsibility will be to expand market share and fortify our presence within these key markets. Responsibilities

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 20 years of experience in the airline industry, with a strong emphasis on cargo sales, preferably in the global region.

2. Japanese communication skill of JPLT N1 or equivalent is required for this post, for accurate and prompt communication and direction to the relevant departments at the Tokyo head office.

3. Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue and profitability targets in diverse business environments.

4. Excellent leadership and Japanese communication skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

5. Deep understanding of the cargo industry, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.

6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
