Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries, handle requests, and provide quotes.
• Process and coordinate orders with customers and the Malaysian factory.
• Track work orders until delivery.
• Issue invoices and delivery orders.
• Coordinate with the logistics department for deliveries.
• Manage customer accounts and collect payments.
• Actively seek new customers to meet sales goals.

• GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent.
• Experience in construction trade preferred.
• Experience in sales and marketing of powder coating, PVDF coating, and cladding products is advantageous, but not required.
• Training available for those without relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently.

Sales Executive (Business Equipment)

• Manage existing accounts and establish new customer’s account by canvassing.
• Conduct sales presentation and prepare sales proposals for sales closure to meet the company’s sales and profit targets.
• Conduct product demonstration and training to end users.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with the customers for business growth.
• Analyze customer’s business environment and propose suitable workflow and document management solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess GCE ‘O’, ‘A’ Level, Diploma Holder or equivalent with direct sales experience
• Customer-service mind-set and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Salary: $2,625 to $3,200 (Basic salary)+ Transport Allowance + Mobile reimbursement + Commission

What will you do?

• Experience in Bid Management, responding to RFP and other Presales activities.
• Anchoring responses to Proactive (proposals) as well as Reactive (RFP/RFI) bids as a single point of contact for timely submission.
• Meticulous combing of tender terms and conditions, highlighting clauses that are risky to comply, suggesting appropriate Statement of Compliance responses.
• Accurate estimation of software solution costing with underlying assumptions.
• Understand software solution requirements of the tender from a business and functional perspective to write out the business functionality part of the proposal.
• Populate respective assumptions behind Agile User Stories of tender.
• Effectively coordinate with stakeholders to design a solution response.
• End-to-end ownership of the proposal response to the client for timely submission.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations internally and externally on all relevant proposals recommended to customer.
• Assists the sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies and account specific sales plans.

What are we looking for?

• Software development experience.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant (Pre-Sales) experience in an IT services company.
• Successfully delivered a software solution for Government Agency of $5 million and above as a project manager, with healthy profit margin.
• Possess experience delivering software solution using Agile methodology.
• Good understanding of the IT Services landscape .
• Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and a good understanding of End-to-End sales life cycle.
