Job Responsibilities
Supporting Sales Team on preparing Sales quotations, Sales/Maintenace tender, catalogues and other document required for submissions, etc.
The Sales Administrator is responsible for the following specific responsibilities:
- To support all the sales functions of the department.
- Regularly review tender portals, industry publications, and network contacts for upcoming opportunities relevant to our business.
- Registration of site/tender brief and provide timely feedback to Sales Personnel of any change of schedule.
- Evaluate, document, record, highlight, and track/monitor critical/important clauses and deadlines for tender and quotation submission including entering key details such as submission dates, requirements and scope of work for each opportunity.
- Assist the sales team promptly and efficiently with the timely submission of comprehensive tender bids and quotations.
- Keeping standard tender and quotation submission documents for reference and easy retrieval including maintaining the formal for tender and quotation submission documents for quick access and reference.
- Organize the storage of all sales inquiries and quotations in a tidy and easily retrievable system. This include managing the filling of all related sales inquiries and quotations in SharePoint to be in a traceable and organised manner.
- Generate monthly sales reports.

This is a full time role for an Interior Designer Sales located in Venture Dr. Our client is a prominent interior design firm based in Singapore. You will handle potential clients and leads provided by the company, developing design concepts, and preparing proposals and quotations to secure tenders and projects. The job requires creating unique design proposals, managing renovation sites and subcontractors, and reviewing drawings before submitting them to the Creative Director and clients. Experience in overseeing projects from start to finish, including sales, design, and execution, is highly advantageous. The candidate should have a strong eye for design details, be proactive with excellent coordination skills, and work well in a team, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Sales driven, competent customer management.
Strong knowledge of materials, fittings and finishes.
Basic technical knowledge on tiling, carpentry and project management are an added advantage.
Able to churn mood boards, 2D layout plans and quotations.
Proficient in Kujiale (Coohom), Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design related software to develop ideas and articulate design intent.

Job Responsibilities:
Receive inquires & purchase orders on company’s products (Extruders / Gas Compressors)
Responsible for aftersales activities on company’s products in S.E.A. market
Periodical visit , technical discussions and consultation for the machines supplied from Japan to customers
Travel to Japan of our Tokyo head office or Takasago factory with the customers for meetings
Discuss usual maintenance and periodical overhauling work with customers
Submit visit report and communicate with Tokyo head office or Takasago Factory
Provide support work for head office and customers (communication, delivery etc.) of repair/modification in Japan
Make arrangement of hotel reservation, transportation for head office’s supervisors who visit customers and accompanying with them
Troubleshooting support at the customers’ plant including visit to the customers, transferring the information what is happening in the field to Takasago factory etc.
