Our group is interested in understanding the roles of microbial lipids in human health and antimicrobial resistance. Job Description:

Oversee and manage the efficient running and profitability of the outlet in line with the branch standards, while meeting the employee, company’s and customers’ expectations.

Assist the manager to supervise the effective control of food & beverages, inventory and labour cost to ensure that the operational expenditures stay within the budget.

Plan, coordinate, review and control production activities in order to ensure that workplace safety.

Possesses positive attitude, proactiveness, common sense and good teamwork.

Stir fry dishes as and when required.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and industry.

Long hours of standing during the working shift.

Responsibilities:

Supervise employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity.

Able to handle the Halal meat product processing. Process raw ingredients, chopping and slicing of meat, etc.

Able to work with minimum supervision.

Able to work in cold room temperature (around -18°）.

Ensure work safety, hygiene are followed. Products manufactured comply with food safety standards.

Willing to work overtime and can long time stand is required

Requirements:

Have relevant experience in warehouse management is required.

Candidates are required to handle heavy products.

Physically fit.

• Responsible for submission of progress claims ;
• Assist the Project Manager on contractual matters and variation claims ;
• Assist the Project Manager to request for quotation and prepare cost comparison ;
• Liaise with Consultants on contract matters ;
• Assessment of sub-contractor's claim ;
• Responsible in the working out of final accounts ;
• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction related degree

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train team member to achieve customer satisfaction, operation efficiency and productivity
• Perform daily operation tasks, documenting procedures and creating guidelines
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and restaurant
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
