• Closely monitor monthly savings and exceeded budget to ensure accurate expenses tracking for month end closing.
• Coordinate with finance team on sales attainment updates and trading terms rebate (Accrual and Payment).
• Provide daily updates on sales progress by individual retailers.
• Weekly updating of channel inventory into system.
• Work with external and internal parties to manage interna system.
• Coordinate and liaise with External (vendors) and Internal (Supply Chain / Logistics) teams to ensure timely re-stocking of gifts to prevent disruption to consumer’s gift redemption process.
• Management of sample units. The go to person to arrange sample unit’s deployment and return.
• Administrative support to Head of Department.
• Any other ad hoc duties required by Sales and Marketing team.
