Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and the movement and storage of goods
• Conduct monthly and annual physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Maintain clear, accurate records for all items
• Coordinate with Chefs and Purchasers to manage product requisitions and ensure timely deliveries
