• Create and review annual budget, review and submit promptly of monthly forecast.

Job Description:

• Support the Group Managing Director on calendar management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Manage and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, response and follow up on behalf of the Group Managing Director when needed.
• Create, edit and compile documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events, including arranging venues, catering, and accommodations.
• Conduct research, gather data and provide analysis report on various topics as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.
