Job Summary:

You will be responsible for driving sales of the products, building customer relationships, and providing expert product knowledge. You will engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products. The role involves working closely with a team and contributing to achieving sales targets in a retail or promotional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products for their needs. Provide product demonstrations, answer questions, and offer advice. Build rapport with customers to create a loyal client base.
  
• Sales & Promotion: Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to increase customer interest. Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
  
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and technologies. Have in-depth knowledge of product ingredients, applications, and benefits. Provide expert advice on beauty treatments.
  
• Brand Representation: Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner. Ensure that brand guidelines and product displays align with company standards. Promote brand awareness through word-of-mouth, social media, or in-store events.
  
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Track sales performance and report on progress to the supervisor or manager.
  
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Provide after-sales support and encourage repeat purchases.
  
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing product inventory and ensure that stock levels are maintained. Report low stock or product shortages to management.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or beauty-related fields is preferred.
• Strong interest in beauty products and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Passion for helping customers and providing outstanding service.
• Knowledge of beauty treatments such as hair care and diet supplements is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Description

• To provide the quotation to the customer and purchase the good from the supplier
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through varying modes of communication
• Monitor delivery time, stocks, and goods on order
• Forecast market requirements
• Ensure orders are timely processed and delivered to customers
• To provide good service to all customers and help them solve the problem relative to the company’s products for the customers

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a trading company, preferably in in-house sales/marketing
• Good attitude and strong communication
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
• Saturday (8.30 am to 3.00 pm)

Job Description:

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
