Details:

• Assist in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles to parents
• Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
• Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company
• 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays, 2 Weekends, 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Able to commit for minimum 1 year
• $2,300 - $3,000/Month & Monthly Bonuses ($200 - $700/Month)

Job Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation and maintenance of District Cooling Plant.

• Monitor and manage chiller operations via Building Management System (BMS).

• Monitor and response to fire detection and fire protection related alarms.

• Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities.

• Supervise maintenance and repair job.

• Carry out routine plant inspection and data logging.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute.

• Relevant experience in HVAC, chiller plant would be advantageous.

• IT literacy, e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.

• Able to perform 12 hours rotating shifts and weekends duty.

Preferably a degree in Biomedical Science or Pharmacy with at least one year expererince in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Able to commence work ASAP is a preference

Responsibilities:

• Create, verify, and prepare specifications for quotations.
• Request quotes for technical assistance.
• Monitor project status with distributors.
• Negotiation of terms, price, and specifications.
• Application and adjustment of credit.
• Gather project data for every project that is being pursued.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Willing to travel overseas for meetings
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Experience in sales or customer service will be advantageous.
• Fresh Graduates who are willing to pursue a career in the moving walkways / lifts industry is welcome.
