Job Description

Provide administrative support to the teachers/school, assist teachers in projects and liaising with pupils/parent/guardians. Administrative duties will generally include:-

• To assist the teachers in preparation of teaching and learning resources and maintenance of equipment to support students’ learning, on a daily basis work (e.g.prepare/ verify/ manage information/ documents, scan/ fax/ photocopy/ laminate documents).
• To record the usage of science labs, resources and activities to be completed;
• To assist teachers in maintaining and conducting inventory check on equipment and organize their store termly (e.g. in Science and PAM departments);
• To report faulty equipment and depleting materials and resources for timely replacement to the relevant departments; and
• To assist in ensuring safety checks and procedures e.g. for all lab users

Job Requirement

• GCE “O” level certification;
• Must be proficient in spoken English;
• Proficient in word-processing and spreadsheet software, eg Microsoft Word and Excel;

• Reporting to the Project Director, he/she is responsible for the successful completion of a project, specialising only in lighting deliverables.
• Ensure all paperwork and material submissions are verified, well presented and submitted timely.
