Job Description:

• Responsible for the co-ordination and interface with LTA System Wide Contractor and Department Heads
• Co-ordinate with Client and respective personnel / LTA System Wide Contractor on the co-ordination of construction and consolidate the action items and report back to Department Heads
• Preparing the co-ordinated installation programme (CIP) and sign off by all parties
• Manage the integration of the E&M SWC designs into the civil, structural and architectural designs ensuring authorities requirements are met
• Responsible for the application of permit and liaise with respective local Authorities on issues pertaining to permit for commencement of works/diversion of existing services
• Plan, Prepare and Update the schedule for the submission of Samples, Shop Drawings, Method Statement
• Raise CSD/SEM Changes queries in the event of services clashing. Prepare and Obtain approval for Final CSD/SEM drawings and sign off SWCs prior to construction.
• Assist Coordination manager to issue all the construction drawings and approved Sign Off drawings to related station/tunnel for construction and for preparing M&E procurement schedule and update periodically

• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings;
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical site problems

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in M&E
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience as E&M coordinator in large scale projects, MRT project (LTA).
• Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good time management skill and able to work under pressure
