Responsibilities

• Accountability for sales quota, execution of marketing campaigns, programs, goals, and objectives set out by the company.
• Lead Inside Account Managers to ensure that set Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
• Monitoring of Inside Account Managers productivity, sales and support them to carry out their tasks effectively.
• Able to effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Handle escalations from their team members and customers.
• Develop plans to increase operational efficiency to drive overall sales volume.
• Manage their assigned team members performance through constant review.
• Monitor call volume and various set SLA to ensure high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Drive the team to achieve their NPS targets.
• Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Responsible for Inside Account Managers adherence to established procedures.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree holder with at least 3 years Inside Sales or Telemarketing Team management experience.
• Preferably with people management & managerial experience.
• Proficiency in Telecommunication and IT services.
• Possess initiative, assertiveness in decision making and independent, with the desire and ability to drive for excellence in a dynamic environment.
• Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Excellent English comprehension, writing skills, good interpersonal, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong consultative selling, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence, motivate others through coaching and mentoring.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Intern

• Engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
• Support sales campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Learn negotiation and closing techniques from senior mentors.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining company records.
• Support cross-department coordination as needed.

2. Video Editing Intern

• Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute visual storytelling.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.
• Explore new editing tools and trends to enhance production.

3. 3D Drafter Intern

• Assist in creating 3D models and renderings for interior design projects.
• Work closely with designers to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all drafted designs.
• Update and refine designs based on client and team feedback.
• Revise designs as per feedback and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in creating detailed 3D models and drawings based on project specifications.

General Requirements for All Roles:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field or recent graduate.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Commitment to a minimum internship period of [Duration, e.g., 3 months].

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans;

- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business;

- Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings;

- Work effectively with internal stakeholders & external vendor to achieve business goals;

- To understand the material costing for printing, carpentery and signages;

- To understand the operation of printers, summa cutter, CCD CNC & Oscillating machine and CCD Laser cutter;

- To understand the labour cost for production;

- To attend briefing/meeting and site measurements for production for the projects undertaking;

- To ensure the production of the projects undertaking;

- To ensure the installation and delivery of the projects undertaking.

Requirements :

- Diploma or Degree in any field;

- At least 2 or 3 years of corporate sales experience/ project management;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Strong time management skills;
- Passion for relationship building and selling;
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
- Customer service- orientated attitude;
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.
