As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our sales department. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Sales Coordination: Working with the sales team to coordinate sales related activities such as following up on leads and open proposals, following up with regular customers for repeat orders, and ensuring timely completion of the sales cycle.

2. Order Processing: Efficiently manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, including the preparation of sales orders, delivery documents, and invoices.

3. Accounts Receivables: Manage and maintain accounts receivables, including generating monthly Statements of Accounts, and monitoring and following up with customer payment statuses.

4. Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

5. Administrative Duties: Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and maintaining accurate and organized sales documentation.

WORKING LOCATION -TOH GUAN

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

Position Title : Sales Coordinator (Indoor Sales)

Salary : $2,200 – $3,000

Working Days: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:00pm)

Working Location: Jurong West

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiry and customer’s purchase order
• Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
• Liaison with customer on product quality and delivery
• Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
• Arrange shipment accordance to sales order
• Retrieve mill test certificates when require
• Monitor and assist the Finance Dept. in collecting payment from the customers
• Assign tasks given by departmental head and directors

Requirement

• At least 2 years’ experience in the sales of hardware products or electrical items, especially in the oil & gas industry
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Must have experience in valves, pipes and fittings.
