Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders and respond to their needs in a timely manner
• Manage the NOC inbox by actioning emails in a timely manner, archiving emails that have been action and handover emails not completed
• Backfill coverage for all sick leave/calls
• Process Ad-hoc guarding requests (Work Orders) and create ad-hoc rosters in the rostering system
• Liaise with customers and resource contractors (RC) regarding security requirements and ensuring customer expectations are met on ad-hoc request
• Monitor and manage Time & Attendance exceptions
• Monitor and manage Welfare Checks and escalate as needed
• Ensure incidents are reported and escalated to the relevant manager
• Ensure positive interaction with all internal stakeholders such as State Operations Managers, Client Service Managers, Payroll and Billing
• Participate in Shift Handover on shift change with NOC staff
• Perform incidental National Patrol Response duties, as per business requirements

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operation/rostering environment
• Recording information and report writing
• Working in a team environment
• Previous experience within a manpower provider would be advantageous.

• Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
• Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues
• Provide excellent support and customer-service
• Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
• Coordinate projects and support lead manager
• Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist the Project Manager to coordinate between Clients and Consultants
• Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project
• Attend consultant’s technical and progress meeting
• Resolve all site architectural issues (eg drawings discrepancies, method statements, or correspondences)
• implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity, using BIM software or equivalent.
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve a quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation in accordance to Master Programme
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings for Contract / Procurement management
• Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal
• Inspect, resolve and monitor rectifications for in-progress work
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update the status of shop drawings, samples, mock-up, and materials
• Liaise closely with the client, consultants, and sub-contractors conduct routine inspection of installed works
• Coordinate with the Project Team while Complying to Company’s ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• At least 5 years of experience in multi-disciplinary high-rise project involving civil, building, architectural, electrical, mechanical and process works.
• Use AutoCAD to superimpose all services drawing into structure / archi drawing
• Supervise sub-con perform
• conduct weekly technical meetings with Sub con and consultant to close all the technical issues
