Position: Sales Consultant

Location: Orchard

Salary: Up to $3,000

Working Hour: 5 days between Monday to Sunday, retail hours rotating shifts

Responsibilities:

Frontline

• Attend and answer enquiries from all channels(B2B partners, B2C: social media, Whatsapp, website etc) for all products (cruise, yacht, land etc)
• Responsible for achieving monthly targets
• Ensure that enquiries are aligned with the Client’s travel policy and be proactive in optimizing the Client’s spending
• Ensure high conversion rate per enquiry with acute follow-up per enquiry
• Ensure service excellence with prompt response time

Account management

• Develop and maintain close relationship with our partners
• Ensure service excellence with prompt response time

Tour planning and management

• Craft the best proposal for all tour requests
• Source the best tour partner for each item
• Live co-ordination of all tour arrangements with respective tour/product/transport provider
• Bookings , account and payment co-ordination with our HQ
• Stay updated on destinations and travel industry news
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Immediate starters preferred
• Min 1 year experience in the related field
• Customer service oriented, meticulous and ability to multi-tasking
• Able to commit weekends / PH when scheduled

• Digital Marketing Support Responsibilities
  • Provide support for digital marketing initiatives in hotels, F&B, Spa, and Raffles City Convention Centre.
  • Manage the uploading and maintenance of approved digital content, ensuring all platforms remain current.
  • Arrange photography and filming sessions, handle administrative tasks related to digital marketing, conduct market research, and manage requests for updates on websites, microsites as well as other digital platforms.

Tasks
