Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining and developing new business with existing customers.

• Secure new customers through tele-marketing, visitations and follow ups.

• Procurement of rates from overseas offices, agents and approved local vendors.

• Preparation of quotations and participation of RFQ, tender bids when required.

• Achieving the annual sales target.

• Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with on commercial activities and business development.

• Submission of CRM reports.

• Have own clientele base is most welcome.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding.

• Independent and driven to plan and generate sales.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

• Team player, able to work with fellow colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their queries on their required products
• Maintain good knowledge of products to provide advice and recommendation to customers
• Receive, process and organize deliveries accordingly
• Perform stock-taking & replenishing duties
• Process customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system

Requirements:

• Hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in semiconductor equipment sales functions.
• Extensive Experience in Semiconductor Equipment Sales & Marketing
• Demonstrate exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
• Display a strong customer service orientation to enhance customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of machine vision processes and related knowledge will be added bonus.

As our crew, you will be responsible for:
Managing the brand and customer experience at our concept store;
Driving sales targets at the store and mall participated activities:
Handling any customer enquiries, feedback and exchanges / repairs:
Upholding the store’s image in terms of apparels display, inventory and cleanliness:
Liaising with logistics for the replenishment of stock and marketing on in-store promotions or product launches:
Assisting in our sister retail outlet should a need arise.

Remuneration
Hourly Pay: $14 to $16 per hour

Job Description

• Steer each market’s sales and marketing direction and develop matching strategies in line with S.E.A’s direction through intensive internal & external communication/adjustment.
• Work on the improvement plans for each country’s marketing mix strategy based on the S.E.A and Global direction of Reginal HQ & Japan HQ respectively.
• Manage distributors’ sales activities in ASEAN region including emerging countries like Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing Timepieces sales volume through management of distributors’ activities.
• Responsible for elevating brand position of each key brand in the mid/longer term and achieving long term business growth.
• Manage PSI (Purchase/Sales/Inventory) performance indicators for the region.
• Keep abreast of market situations in the region and provide regular reports to CSP and Japan HQ.
• Required to travel to regional countries on regular basis.

Job Requirments

• Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience at Managerial Level in Japanese MNCs in a similar role, acting as a liaison between Japanese HQ and its overseas subsidiaries
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Good business acumen and strong leadership skills.
• Confident, aggressive, good communication skills and open minded
• Proficiency in MS Office Skills especially PPT and Excel
• Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N1) necessary to perform presentation and translation in Japanese for management reporting and facilitating communication between Japan and English speaking subsidiaries on day to day basis.
