We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, parties, and charity events. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of event planning, from initial concept development and budgeting to logistics, marketing, and post-event analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives
- Create event proposals, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, décor, and entertainment
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events
- Manage event staff and volunteers, including scheduling and training
- Ensure smooth event execution and handle any issues that may arise
- Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite
