Procurement and Vendor Management:

• Benchmark services with daily, monthly and periodic reviews/audits;

Communication and Relationship Coordination

• Deliver delivers meaningful inputs across in the development of the monthly management reports;
• Ensure appropriate and timely follow ups with customers.

Training:

• Support the AFM/FM to ensure the team is well trained on all facilities policies, procedures and systems
• Assign buddies for new team members to ensure teamwork, consistency & rationalization of the team

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the safety and security of the site by monitoring activities, providing training to staff, and responding to emergencies
• Manage staff schedules and tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards and industry laws, regulations, and policies
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers

Roles & Responsibilities

· Comply and assist in implementing the requirements of the WSH Act and all its subsidiary and statutory legal legislations.

· Inspection of site daily and take appropriate corrective actions, prepares inspection report for project team to take an immediate action.

· To investigate accidents / incidents / dangerous occurrences & put up reports & recommend remedial actions.

Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator shall assists Project Manager in oversees the planning, implementation, execute, monitor and track projects from beginning till end with specified deliverables.

Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

• To be ISO-Team representative as a Project Coordinator to coordinate the project at site.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Coordinate project (R&R / NRP) works.
• Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
• Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
• Execute project works based on the drawing / specification. ‘
• Resolve any Clients and / or residents’ complaints / feedbacks.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters.
• Attend site meeting, if applicable.
• Track work progress and submit progress report so as to ensure that the projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate the project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the Clients.

(B) General :

• Maintain all the documentation for the projects.
• Coordinate and work with other departments as well as to supervise the project works.

Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety :

• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project)
• Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.

(C) Experience :

• Preferably 4 years working experience in Building Construction Industry.

Job Scope:

• Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documents
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders
• Facilitate communication between team members and external partners
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices throughout the project

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field
• 1-2 years of experience in site supervision and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors
• Hands-on experience with alarm, card access, and CCTV system installation
• Computer literate
