We have a total of 7 retail stores in Singapore and looking for new sales associates to join our team.

• Provide excellent customer service & assistance to guests
• Dynamic & proactive in meeting sales targets
• Attend to guests enquiries
• Provide customers with advice and guidance on product selection
• Manage POS processes
• Ensure smooth day to day operations
• Ensure tip-top store cleanliness, VM change & display
• Meet & follow store’s SOP standards
• Able to work independently & with teams to follow up instructions shared by supervisors

Requirement:

• Experience in retail and fashion/accessories or jewellery category a plus
• Someone who is meticulous and has high moral and work ethics, someone who takes pride in their work
• Skills like Cashiering, Logistics, Inventory Management, Customer Service, housekeeping and maintenance of overall cleanliness of store, after-sales service and stock taking

Pay structure: - Basic Pay ($2100-$2300)

• Monthly Store Target commissions
• Participation in individual commissions based on a percentage of sales ($500-900 on non-peak months, up to $2000+ during peak months like mothers day, festive season)

Part-time Role:

• Hourly salary + commission for every sale (same as our FT team's individual comms)

1.The Candidate shall possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

2.The Candidate shall have at least two (2) years of working experience in the IT or Infocomm

industry, with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience

with implementation in Singapore is preferred.

3. The Candidate main role is to assist project manager and to complement his/her responsibilities.

4 The Candidate is to be proficient in information gathering and reporting that include:

4.1 Compile and organise project-related information

4.2 Schedule and organise meetings with stakeholders and vendor

4.3 Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes

4.4 Follow up on action items from meetings

4.5 Prepare regular status reports for the project manager

5. The Candidate is to have competency in Project Management tracking tools such as

Confluence, Jira.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement related admin work, vendor creation, stationery store mgmt, issuing of stationery, and corporate gifts to users
• Receiving delivery from vendor, monthly report generation and sourcing for small value purchases

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
• Able to commit for 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Skilled in developing, organizing, planning, and executing projects while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
• Maintain communication with clients and project team members throughout the project, ensuring a smooth flow of information, particularly during the production phase.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring preparation, organization, and clear, respectful communication with all parties.
• Prepare work schedules for all projects.
• Monitor ongoing project progress and track key milestones.
• Work closely with Sales, Design, and Procurement teams to ensure efficient project execution and provide support for material sourcing when needed.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure that any project defects are addressed.
• Provide ad-hoc after-sales support as required.
• Occasionally provide quotations for projects.
• Maintain an organized filing system in collaboration with colleagues.
• Provide M&E drawings and ensure minimal disruptions to production processes, preventing financial loss, while managing the overall project production sequence.
• Adhere to the company’s SOPs and KPIs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction-related fields.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is a plus.
