Job Description

i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

ii) Work with the PM to draw up, implement and monitor effective environmental management plans, including reviewing them when necessary:

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Programme before work commences at the worksite.

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Report once every two weeks.

iii) Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities, equipment and operations do not pose any environmental health hazard;

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and market tax training programs

• Work with trainers to organize and prepare training materials

• Work with trainees to register and prepare training materials

• Procure and pay for training resources, bill and collect fees

• Conduct post program administration

• Conduct market research on needs and new programs

• Administer TA Learning Management System and Trainees’ Management System

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to effectively promote organisational initiatives and engage key stakeholders across various channels

Job Requirements:

• Completed at least a Polytechnic diploma

• Preferred disciplines are Business, Accountancy, Marketing and Communications or Information Technology

• Prior experience in the CET space will be preferred

• Good command of English and communication skills

• Strong organisation skills

• Ability to work under tight timeline

• Ability to use Microsoft Office software and internet tools

• Practical experience in training, business, information technology or tax is an

advantage

• Able to work in teams and appreciates interactions with people

• Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the APAC Learning manager to develop and execute training plans, schedules, and budgets to meet the training needs of employees and stakeholders in the Asia Pacific region
• Participate in global learning and development projects as needed
• Implement regional learning and development initiatives that align with business objectives and meet the needs of employees in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Coordinating with partners to support the development of their Murex practice and adapting training plans accordingly.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees and stakeholders across the region, including classroom-based training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback from participants, measuring the impact of training on business outcomes, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions, managing training materials and equipment, and providing administrative support for training programs.
• Maintaining updated training records in the Learning Management System (using SucessFactors, 360LEarning & Workday) and monitoring training activity, following up, cancelling and rescheduling sessions, as necessary.
• Managing legal aspects, supply training statistics, and purchase training materials

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Training, HR or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Training/Learning Coordinator or similar role
• Familiarity with learning management software (LMS) – e.g. SuccessFactors, 360Learning, Workday
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The Calibration Coordinator will be managing and coordinating the instrument calibration activity with respective vendor and package C&Q leads, and provide troubleshooting support during pre-commissioning, calibration execution, and C&Q. They will play a critical role in ensuring that calibration, preventive maintenance, and commissioning activities for instruments and equipment across the Manufacturing Unit, Laboratories, Utilities, and General Areas meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

General:

• Responsible for execution of all site works inclusive of planning, scheduling, controlling, coordination and ensure works carried out are in accordance to approved Drawing/ specification and complete within the completion date.
• budgeted control and site progress reports on daily basis.
• Attend kick-off meeting, site meeting, site walk and brief by clients, officers & etc.
• Plan and discuss with Main-contractors and clients on project execution including implementation.
• Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers and vendors to ensure proper work execution.
• Oversee and handle plan purchases, application and liaise with relevant authority
• Oversee arrangement of materials to deliver to site
• To ensure proper handover of project to client

Requirements:

• Prior experience as supervisor/Coordinator in construction Industry
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work
• Prefer Possession of Certificate in building construction supervisor’s safety
• Class 3 Driving license required
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Leadership, Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Profound knowledge of construction safety regulations and workflow sequence till handover.
• Knowledge on construction tools, machinery and equipment and simple maintanence
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Able to lead Project Supervisor and team of workers as well as manage client needs and timeline
