Job Description:
· Verification of all Contractors’ Form A submitted via e-DPSS System and ensure all necessary document submitted within the stipulated time frame.
· Proper processing of all monthly material orders including reschedule, additional and/or cancellation orders submitted by Contractors via the e-DPSS system;
· Planning and allocation of monthly material orders including reschedule, additional and/or cancellation orders from Contractors to the Material Suppliers via e-DPSS system;
· coordinate all relevant sales related enquiry such as monthly orders, late submission, additional/cancellation order, short-fall delivery, etc;
· assist the Project managers in monitoring the supply and delivery status of each type of materials and all corresponding follow up actions;
· checking of DOS files submitted by Material suppliers against daily delivery order forms for all material suppliers;
· generation of monthly bills and checking of monthly invoices; and
· ensure proper filing and recording of all corresponding documents.
Job Requirement:
Possess a GCE ‘O’ Level with at least one year of relevant working experience in the building materials supply industry; or Possess a GCE ‘N’ Level with at least two years of relevant working experience in the building materials supply industry and possess good command of written and spoken English
